On this page
Where to find your monthly plan
Open your Settings and click Monthly plan in the Account area. There you see your current plan, your next charge and your payment method.
Subscribing to a monthly plan
Before you can subscribe, you need two things:
- a saved billing address
- at least one connected payment provider, so you can accept payments for your products
Then follow these steps:
- On the Monthly plan page, choose one of the three plans Start, Grow or Scale and click Subscribe. To see what the plans cost and include, see our pricing page.
- Choose your payment method, credit card or PayPal, and enter your payment details.
- Click Subscribe now.
Once the payment has arrived, we activate your shop and send you a confirmation email.
Note: Want to pay by SEPA direct debit? Contact [email protected] and we will enable direct debit for you.
Charges
When you subscribe, you pay the fee for the first month. After that we automatically charge your plan’s fee every month, together with the transaction fees for your sales in the previous month.
On the Monthly plan page you can always see when the next charge is due and roughly how much it will be. View details opens the breakdown into monthly fee, transaction fee and VAT. About four days before every charge, we also send you an email with the amount. An overview of all invoices is in your Accounting.
Your monthly plan renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
Changing your payment method
On the Monthly plan page, click change next to your Payment method, enter your new payment details and save. All future charges then use the new payment method.
Changing or cancelling your plan
- Want more features or a lower transaction fee? Change your plan explains how upgrades and downgrades work.
- Want to end your monthly plan? Cancel your monthly plan explains what happens to your shop and how to undo a cancellation.
FAQ
What happens if a charge fails?
Your shop stays active for now, and your customers can keep buying from you. The Monthly plan page shows the unpaid invoice, and you can pay it right there. It also shows the date on which your shop will be deactivated if the invoice stays unpaid. If you paid by direct debit, it can take up to 14 days until the payment shows up on our side.
