Delete an account

Requirements

Two things must be true before you can delete your account:

• No active monthly plan: Cancel your monthly plan and wait until the current billing period has ended. See Cancel your monthly plan.
• 180 days since your last order: Your account can only be deleted 180 days after your last order.

If a requirement is not met yet, the Delete account page shows a notice.

Note: Without an active monthly plan we do not charge you anything, your shop is simply inactive. So you do not need to delete your account to avoid costs.

Deleting your account

1. Click your profile picture and then Account in the menu.
2. At the bottom of the page, click Delete account.
3. Want to tell us why you are leaving? Fill in the feedback field. Otherwise, just leave it empty.
4. Enter your password to confirm.
5. Click Yes, delete my account and confirm the security prompt.

Important: Deleting removes your data immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.

Only the account owner can delete the account. Team members, including those with the Admin role, do not have permission to do so.
