Can I try Tentary for free?
Yes. You can sign up for free and try Tentary without entering payment details. Only when you're ready to activate your shop and start selling do you choose a plan.
Are there monthly fees?
Yes. Each plan has a monthly base fee:
- Start: €10 / month
- Grow: €29 / month
- Scale: €99 / month
On top of that, successful sales are charged a transaction fee (2.9%, 1.9%, or 0.9% depending on the plan). Payment processing through our partners (e.g. Stripe or PayPal) carries their standard payment fees, which are charged directly by the payment provider.
How are the fees structured?
Total cost consists of:
- Monthly base fee (depending on plan)
- Transaction fee on successful sales (depending on plan)
- Payment processing fee from your payment provider (e.g. Stripe or PayPal)
There are no other platform fees or hidden extra costs.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. All core features are included in every plan. There are no paid feature unlocks or add-on packs. Variable costs only come from transaction fees and your payment provider's fees.
Are all features really included in the Start plan?
Yes. The Start plan includes all core features in full. Grow and Scale add extra options for teams, support, and branding. No features are removed or restricted.
Which plan is right for me?

Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are possible at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a contract term or notice period?
No. There's no fixed contract term. You can cancel your plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I offer unlimited products?
Yes. There are no limits on products, emails, landing pages, voucher codes, or sales. Tentary is fully usable on every plan.
Do I sell under my own name, or is Tentary the seller?
You sell your products under your own name and on your own invoice. Tentary provides the technical infrastructure for sales, payment processing, and delivery.
We are not a merchant of record. That means: you remain the legal seller to your customers. Revenue flows directly through your own payment provider account (e.g. Stripe or PayPal).
