PATCH / v1 / course-settings

Settings for all courses of the account.

drip_release_hour: the hour (0 to 23, in the time zone of the account) when lessons with release days or a release date unlock.

GET /v1/courses/{course_id} shows the hour and the time zone.

0 = midnight (default), 9 = 9:00.
