POST / v1 / orders / {order_id} / refund

Refunds a paid one-time order in full through its payment provider (Stripe, PayPal or Mollie). The buyer gets the money back, loses access and gets an email with a credit note if the order has an invoice. A checkout with order bumps is refunded as a whole.

Not possible for:

subscriptions and installment plans (single payments are refunded in the Tentary app)
free orders
orders older than 179 days
orders with a dispute

Partial refunds are only possible in the Tentary app.

After the call: the account owner confirms at the confirm_url within 5 minutes. Then check the result with GET /v1/confirmations/{confirmation_id}.
