GET / v1 / setup

What is still missing before the account can sell.

Each step has done and required_to_sell, and the page in the Tentary app that fixes it.
ready_to_sell is true when all steps with required_to_sell are done.

The answer also lists the legal texts recommended for the country of the account, what buyers can do with the tax settings, and warnings about the shop page and Stripe.
