To automatically forward claims to the dunning process and our debt collection service, you can now activate the Collection Autopilot. This way, you save valuable time and no longer need to submit claims manually.
Activation is done on the Claims page.
Tentary can now be connected to over 7,000 apps through Zapier. The setup process is quick and allows for extensive automations based on sales, email signups, and more.

- For greater transparency, the affiliate partner's name can now be subtly displayed at checkout for affiliate referrals (activate)
- Added a new "After X hours" setting for the drip feature in online courses
- In custom affiliate programs, an individual commission can now be set for each product

On the Affiliate Marketplace, you can now view all available affiliate programs from other sellers and apply to join them.

- In custom affiliate programs, the commission for subscriptions is now applied to each recurring payment (e.g., 10% commission per subscription payment).

- Disputed payments and failed direct debits can now be transferred to a dunning process. If the reminder is unsuccessful, claims will automatically be forwarded to our debt collection partner after 30 days.
- AI bots are automatically prevented from crawling Tentary shops and products for their purposes.
- For products of the type "Direct Link," a price can now be added, which will be displayed in the shop.
- Purchases made through affiliate links will now be attributed to the most recent click (previously: to the first/oldest)

With the help of our partner Debtist, we now offer a comprehensive debt collection service β from the first payment reminder to legal enforcement. Debtist is an experienced provider with a high success rate and fair fees. Outstanding claims can be transferred directly in your Tentary account with just one click, and Debtist will automatically take the next steps.
An installment that couldnβt be automatically withdrawn from the saved payment method can now also be settled by the customer via PayPal payment. In this case, only the next installment will be paid via PayPal (subsequent installments will not be automatically withdrawn via PayPal).
- Improved support for special characters (e.g., umlauts) in email addresses

Note: Special characters are officially allowed only in the domain part of an email address (after the @ symbol).
The export of individual transactions (CSV) now also includes the following data:
- Tentary fee
- VAT on the Tentary fee
- Fee tier at the time of the transaction
- Order Bumps can now be free (only the main product must be paid for)
- Improved appearance of the personal message in the purchase confirmation (line breaks are now displayed as well)
From now on, a backup will be automatically created with every save of an online course. If you've accidentally removed elements of your course or simply want to revert to a previous version, it's now easily possible with just a click.
In the course settings, you can now activate a progress bar. When this option is enabled, every buyer of your courses can save and visually track their own progress.
Customers can now pay with iDEAL (via Stripe). iDEAL is one of the most popular payment methods in the Netherlands.
To display iDEAL in your shop, it must first be activated here.
Optionally, you can change the prices in your shop from gross (including tax) to net prices. This is particularly useful if you primarily expect business customers.

- Discount codes now also work for subscription payments
In addition to the company name, a display name can now be entered in the invoice settings.
This display name can be a fantasy name and is the name shown as the sender of your emails and in other messages directed towards end customers.
If this field is left blank, the company name will continue to be displayed instead. As before, the company name will be displayed in legally relevant places.
- Pending installment payments can be manually retried using the stored payment information
- A reminder notice with a warning of legal action can be sent if the installment payment is not made
- Improved onboarding for new affiliate partners for your own affiliate program
- Email notifications are sent to affiliate partners when a commission has been earned for your own affiliate programs
- Sales of free products can now be deleted. This will free up booked appointments and remove these purchases from all reports.
- Meta Pixel can now be embedded on all shop pages, including tracking of sales.

From now on, installment purchases and subscriptions can be paid via SEPA direct debit. Activation is done the same way as for one-time payments, individually for each product.

- Improved and streamlined the payout process for own affiliate programs for merchants and affiliates.
Payment by SEPA direct debit can now be enabled for all products. SEPA direct debits are available to over 500 million people in 34 countries.
Due to its functionality, direct debit offers a few advantages and peculiarities that you should familiarize yourself with in advance.

From now on, installment payment can be added as an option to products. Payments can be made via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and are managed directly through Tentary.

Using variables, the email address, full name, and first name of email subscribers can be inserted into emails.
Images can now be inserted into emails. The images are automatically optimized for emails.

With this product type, you can include direct links to external pages in your shop.
You can now offer your own affiliate program with Tentary. Your partners can promote your products and receive a commission for doing so.

Note: The affiliate feature will be expanded in the coming weeks to include a marketplace and additional features. Also, you will soon find a detailed step-by-step guide in the help center.
- WhatsApp can be linked on the shop page now
- Sellers from all countries in the EU can now also enter a local tax number (if they do not have a VAT ID) and have invoices generated upon sale
- Wording for email opt-in adjusted. Instead of an "email subscription", customers now confirm the "registration to an email newsletter". The new wording is intended to prevent misunderstandings.

To simplify the management of appointment bookings, there is now a dedicated booking subpage.
The booking hub currently includes:
- Overview of all sold appointments
Overview of all offered booking products
- Management of availabilities
- Linking with Zoom and time zone setting
- The preview section on the sales pages can now include YouTube videos
- The sales notification to sellers includes a summary of the booked appointment for appointment bookings
- Half-hour times can now be selected for booking availabilities
- Purchase confirmations for appointment bookings have been revised, with improved wording, and the link to the download page is now only displayed if additional information has been provided
- Days, date ranges, and specific times can now be excluded from availability for appointment bookings
- The lead time for appointments can now be up to 7 days
- Increased quality for product images
- Added strike-through prices
- Background color for shops can now be changed
- YouTube videos can be embedded in products
- Fixed a bug that in rare cases prevented the creation of invoices
- Improved detection of typos in email addresses
- Coupons can now be prefilled (more info)

- A note on installment payments has been added to Klarna to make it clearer for customers
- Fixed a bug that prevented a VAT ID from being added to the invoice address in some cases
- More subtle branding for "Powered by Tentary" in emails
Note: The official European interface for verifying VAT IDs is currently experiencing frequent issues. If this is the case, a more meaningful error message will now be displayed.
Recurring payments (subscriptions) can now be offered!
Subscription payments are available for every product type, and the payment interval can be set individually. Currently, subscription payments can be made via credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We will continue to expand subscription payments in the future and keep you updated.
- Sellers from Austria can now also enter a tax number (if they do not have a VAT ID) and have invoices generated upon sale
The distribution of free products can now be tied to the consent to receive emails. This is set in the settings on the product page.
From now on, we support automatic invoice generation upon purchase in significantly more cases and tax scenarios.

For products of the type "Link/Access," it is now possible to create multiple variants to sell different contents or versions.
For example, sell a starter package and a premium package, or sell access to events on different days.
- Existing customers can be merged if their email addresses overlap after correcting a typo
- Invoices can now be created retroactively
- Product images for Order Bumps can be hidden
From now on, additional products can be offered as Order Bumps at checkout! Use it to provide your customers with unique special offers and meaningful add-ons.

We have implemented a drip feature for online courses. This feature gives you control over the release of content to your learners, creating a more engaging course experience.

To make it easier and more convenient to edit courses, we have added a full-screen mode to the course editor.
*The mode is only displayed on devices with a certain screen size (not on smartphones or small tablets).
In addition to the length of time that buyers have access to a purchased product, the access time can now also be set.
This means, for example, that all buyers have access to your product from the same time.
- Added new option to specify whether to sell only to private customers, businesses, or both

Files, especially larger ones from 1GB and up, will now be uploaded significantly faster. Additionally, uploads can now be manually stopped in all browsers.
The layout of all emails, from us to sellers and also from sellers to buyers, has been fundamentally revised.

Starting now, emails can be sent automatically to certain target groups at specific times with email automations.
For instance, you can automatically send welcome messages to all your buyers (who have consented to receive emails) and a few days later an email with a freebie and a link to your other products.
At the same time, you could also start selling email series and implement many more great products.

You can now activate a general newsletter form in your shop's options. This form will be displayed on all of your shop pages.

Subscribers who sign up via this form can be easily contacted using the built-in email marketing features.
The recipient pool for emails sent with the built-in marketing feature can now be defined even more precisely.
Additionally, the infrastructure for sending marketing emails has been fundamentally overhauled to prepare it for upcoming features.
- The opt-in for email subscriptions can now be resent and manually canceled by sellers
- New email subscription status "Pending" and "Canceled" to better identify which customers have subscribed and unsubscribed
- Watermarks/stamps are now supported for PDFs up to a size of 1000 MB (previously 80 MB)
- Expired accesses can now be extended
- The original file name is preserved during download (apart from special characters that are prohibited in file names on some systems)
- Performance optimizations for shop and sales pages

- Pagination added for shop pages (number of products per page can be set individually)
- Sorting of products in the shop can be changed

Revised course page layout and added the ability to upload a custom background banner.
You can now create more complex and visually appealing online courses with Tentary. We've almost entirely revamped the course creation process and added new options.
What's New:
- Create pages and subpages instead of just folders
- Upload and embed images and videos
- Upload audio files and embed them with an audio player
- New basic layout for course pages
- Navigate course pages with Previous/Next buttons
- Course pages have their own submenu for displaying subpages
- Backlink to the seller's shop page, including profile picture
- Visual overhaul of the product editor

1. Products can be individually marked as electronic publications. Reduced tax rates can be applied to these products in many EU countries.*
2. Products can be designated as "Voucher/Ticket." This setting allows for tracking redeemed vouchers and can automatically print a voucher number on PDF-format vouchers after purchase.
*Previously, this setting was activated by selecting the (no longer available) product type "ebook/PDF."
To make product creation more straightforward, product types are now more clearly separated from each other.

Never manually schedule coaching sessions again! From now on, you can sell individual appointment bookings, including an automatically generated link to a Zoom meeting.

Buyers receive access to the purchased product directly after payment. At the same time - as before - a purchase confirmation is sent by e-mail.
This means that buyers always have immediate access to the purchase, even if the e-mail with the purchase confirmation has not yet arrived or there is a typing error in the e-mail address provided.
From now on, a notification will be sent via email to sellers if a order confirmation couldn't be delivered. The notification will lead to the order in the Tentary account, where further details about the error can be viewed, and the issue can be resolved.
The revenue and traffic analyses have been consolidated on the analysis-page for better comparability. Data on refunds and payment methods have been added, and different currencies are converted to the current account currency.
The withdrawal period for products can be set on an individual basis. While it may make sense for some digital products not to offer a right of withdrawal (which would then have to be legally confirmed by the buyer during the purchase process), there are also products that can be offered with an extended right of withdrawal, e.g. 30 days.

Introducing a new product type: Newsletter. When this product type is selected, a button for newsletter confirmation (opt-in) is displayed in the purchase confirmation, instead of a download link for files. Irrelevant settings are hidden.

It is now possible to specify how many days customers have access to a product after a purchase.

For shorter time periods, charts will now display data on a daily basis instead of a monthly basis.
The time period for visitor and sales analysis can now be adjusted. This makes it possible to look at trends over a longer period of time.
Revenues can now be exported as a CSV file in addition to a PDF file. Periods for export can also be defined individually.

With this update, sharing products has been improved. We also added a feature that makes it possible to embed a purchase button and your product directly into an external website.
It is now possible to upload images directly from the text editor. This gives you more flexibility when creating sales pages or product descriptions.
From now on, all emails you send to your customers will use your contact address and company name as the sender and reply-to address.
This should make it even easier for customers to identify your messages and contact you if they have any questions.
Email marketing is one of the most important ways to stay in touch with customers easily and effectively. You can use email to market additional products to existing customers, share information about new releases, or start your own newsletter.
With Tentary, you get access to all the email marketing features for free. There is no need for additional tools or platforms.
You can send your customers one-time messages called broadcasts or, in the future, multiple automated emails called campaigns (available soon).

With each order, a new customer profile is automatically created and is now clearly displayed on the customer page. Customers are distinguished by the email address used to make a purchase.

You can still upload files, but you can also add text snippets and sort them into chapters or folders.

From now on, videos are automatically transcoded during upload and made available to buyers as a stream. This ensures that your videos can be played directly and comfortably on all devices.

To avoid typos, email addresses are checked for common errors during the purchase process. In addition, after a purchase, buyers are notified why emails may not be received and have the option to request a purchase confirmation again.
You can now export all customer and order data as a CSV-file.
The Tentary platform is now available in English.
Apart from the language support, we also support individual tax and legal settings (e.g. include specific Terms of Service).
From now on, you can choose between different currencies for selling your products in the settings. Reports, dashboards, and invoices will also be displayed in the specified currency.
From now on, every creator worldwide can use Tentary as a sales platform for their digital products and services!
In the Tentary account, instead of selecting only one of the EU countries, you can select any available country and then define individual tax settings to reflect your tax situation. This allows us to automatically display the correct taxes on your product sales in the checkout and include them in invoices to your customers.
