Are there any monthly fees?

There are no monthly fees to use our platform. With us, you only pay when you sell a product. 1-5% of the sale price goes to us (sales fee) and there is a transaction fee for processing the payment through our partners.

Is there a fixed contract period?

At Tentary, we want to offer you flexibility. That is why there is no fixed term for using our platform. You have the flexibility to sell for as long as you want.

What do I do if a customer has problems with the checkout process?

If a customer is unable to complete the purchase of a product, first ask them to try another payment method. If this does not work, please contact our customer support team at support@tentary.com. We will find a solution for your customer as soon as possible.

Can I offer an unlimited number of products?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of products you can create with your account. Creating an account and creating unlimited products is free.

Can I sell any product?

You can sell any digital product with us, e.g. eBooks, webinars, graphics. You can offer the products you sell either as a downloadable file or as a link (e.g. webinar registration link). The only restriction is that you can only offer content that you legally own. See the Terms of Service for more information about prohibited products.

How do my customers receive their purchased product?

You decide whether you want to offer your product as a downloadable file or as a link (e.g. dial-in link for a webinar, video on a video platform). After the purchase, your customer will receive an email from Tentary with access to the purchased product.
