There are no monthly fees to use our platform. With us, you only pay when you sell a product. 1-5% of the sales price goes to us (sales fee) and there is a transaction fee for processing the payment through our partners.
At Tentary, we want to offer you flexibility. That is why there is no fixed term for using our platform. You have the flexibility to sell for as long as you want.
If a customer is unable to complete the purchase of a product, first ask them to try another payment method. If this does not work, please contact our customer support team at support@tentary.com. We will find a solution for your customer as soon as possible.
Yes, there is no limit on the number of products you can create. Creating an account and creating unlimited products is free.
You can sell any digital product with us, e.g. eBooks, webinars, graphics. You can offer the products you sell either as a downloadable file or as a link (e.g. webinar registration link). The only restriction is that you can only offer content that you legally own and does not violate any laws. See the Terms of Service for more information about prohibited products.
You decide whether you want to offer your product as a downloadable file or as a link (e.g. dial-in link for a webinar, video on a video platform). After the purchase, your customer will receive an email with access to the purchased product.
At Tentary, you sell your products in your own name. We (Tentary) provide you with our platform, including all functions, to enable you to sell as easily and successfully as possible. One advantage is that you do not have to go through any approval processes for your products. You decide when you want to publish your products. Likewise, your customers are really your customers, and payouts land immediately in your account without any waiting time.
