POST / v1 / customers / {customer_id} / pause

Deactivates an external customer: imported or granted, and never bought a paid product (imported is true in GET /v1/customers/{customer_id}).

The customer loses access to all products and gets no emails.
They no longer count toward the external customers of the plan.
Their data and progress stay.
Waiting campaign and automation emails for the customer are dropped for good.

To undo it, use POST /v1/customers/{customer_id}/resume.

After the call: the account owner confirms at the confirm_url within 5 minutes. Then check the result with GET /v1/confirmations/{confirmation_id}.
