POST / v1 / email / campaigns

Writes a newsletter (an email to subscribers, sent once) as a draft. It sends nothing.

The account owner checks the draft at admin_url.
POST /v1/email/test sends a test to the account owner.
POST /v1/email/campaigns/{campaign_id}/send sends or schedules it after the account owner confirms.

The answer is the campaign, as in GET /v1/email/campaigns/{campaign_id}.

Takes %FIRST_NAME%, %FULL_NAME% and %EMAIL%. Only https:// links, no link shorteners. Tentary adds the seller's design, imprint and unsubscribe link: do not write them.
