You can make your products available to your customers in two ways. As a link to an external page or as a file download. If you offer your product as a file download, your file(s) will be stored securely and for free on our servers.

## Restrictions on file uploads

You can upload an **unlimited number of files** for each product. There is also **no limit on file formats**. For example, you can upload videos, PDFs, MP3s, ZIP files. However, the **maximum size of a single file is 5 GB**. Note: We recommend to make sure that you offer files that work on all computer systems of your users (e.g. Windows, Mac).
