# Where do I find the products I bought?

You bought something and can no longer find the access link? The shop's login area gets you back to your products at any time.

Your purchases always live in the shop you bought them from. There are two ways back to them.

## Through the order confirmation

Right after your purchase you receive an e-mail with a button to your product. Clicking it opens the product.

If you cannot find that e-mail, check your spam folder first. Search there for the name of the shop or the name of the product.

## Through the shop's login area

Every shop has its own login area. It lists every product you bought in that shop.

1. **Open the login page**\
   Add **/login** to the shop's address. If the shop is at `sunshine.mytentary.com`, for example, its login page is `sunshine.mytentary.com/login`. Many shops also show the link in the header.
2. **Enter your e-mail address**\
   Use the address you gave when you bought, then click **Login**.
3. **Confirm the code**\
   You receive a 4-digit code by e-mail. Enter it and click **Confirm Code**. Your purchases in that shop then appear.

> **Note:** Your device stays signed in for 30 days afterwards. You do not need the code on every visit, unless you log out or clear your browser data.

## If it does not work

- **You no longer know the shop's address.** It is in your order confirmation and on your invoice.
- **You used a different e-mail address when buying.** Your purchases belong to that address. Ask the seller to correct it.
- **You are asked for a code even though you are signed in.** The seller has also switched on [access protection](https://tentary.com/en/help/access-code-request/) for that product.
